Before we get started I need to make a declaration. Going forward, all weddings should have ribbon sticks. After last weekend’s Olympic dancefloor epiphany, I realized I can’t live another moment without them. They will be a permanent fixture in my camera bag (and glove box next to my emergency supply of peanut butter car crackers).
Once again, Vintners Inn proved to be the perfect place to host a rowdy, colorful, wildly-dancing group of enthusiasts. Every corner is within walking distance yet there is a vast variety of beautiful spots all over the property. We had a blast exploring the vineyard, courtyard, and orchard with Steve and Greg. Literally, a blast, since we played with a rainbow of smoke bombs near the vineyard. Ho-le-ly shit, that was cool!
Ok, now let’s talk about Steve’s and Gregs’s freaking awesome wedding. They have been planning this for over a year and it showed. This wasn’t just a wedding day, it was an extended weekend full of wine country excursions and tasty activities – all of which were flawlessly executed. Steve and Greg really wanted this weekend to be an experience their family and friends would never forget. And that’s exactly what it was. They had a virtual assistant named Trina who kept everyone in the loop. They designed a hoppin playlist that pairs nicely with editing. And they designed a wedding day for maximum fun. From the lawn games and late-night snacks to the ribbon sticks and the rolling tower of glow party accouterment, this was one of those nights we all wished would never end. Thank you, Steve and Greg – y’all throw a damn fine wedding! Cheers to your happily ever after!
