Ferrari-Carrano Winery really knows how to set the stage for a romantic proposal. When Raja reached out to them to inquire about proposing, he reserved a private after-hours experience with a table overlooking the mountains. The view was spectacular. When they arrived, Raja and Swati were first treated to a tour of the grounds and then led to a table above the fountain. The plan was to sip a little wine and then Raja and Swati would wander the path where he would propose.
And that’s technically what happened. But in reality, I had to leave my hiding spot and was creeping around the hedges like the pink panther trying not to be seen. There was a lot of running back and forth which must have looked hilarious. But when the moment was right, Raja poured his heart out and these two were absolutely adorable. They were laughing and crying and anyone could see they were totally in love. In the end, we created some amazing photographs that really captured the joy and excitement of the moment. And I’m grateful to have been a part of such a special moment.
