Olga left Moscow to pursue a new journalism opportunity in San Francisco. She was prepared for many things but Brett wasn’t one of them. He had also just moved to the city from Texas, in pursuit of his own dream job. But what they both ended up finding, was each other. They fell in love hard. With each date even better than the last, they quickly moved from best friends to soul mates. Unfortunately, they had to put their relationship to the test when Olga had to return to Moscow. But Olga and Brett didn’t let the 591 days or the 5,865 miles distance get between them. They reunited and planned their intimate Glen Ellen elopement at Beltane Ranch in just a few short months. It was a beautiful day and a touching ceremony. I’m glad I was among the few lucky enough to witness it.
